Jenny Andrews, Attorney at Law

From working at several other local notable family law firms to opening her own practice, Ms. Andrews has represented clients filing for legal separation and divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, Domestic violence restraining orders, cases involving child protective services, and many other family law related matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Andrews was a real estate agent for almost 9 years in the greater Sacramento area. That experience gives her a better understanding and ability to present and protect real property in legal separation and divorce cases.

While preparing to attend law school, she worked at a Sacramento law firm, working on high-stakes personal injury cases, class-action litigation, and "mass torts" in State and Federal Court.

While in law school, she devoted a significant amount of time participating in the Southern California Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic and met the requirements to serve as a "neutral person" or "mediator" under the Dispute Resolution Programs Act of California. This allowed her to gain experience in diffusing controversial situations diplomatically.

She also gained experience during law school working at a Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Estate Planning firm. This allowed her to gain experience in working with complex legal matters and business assets.

Ms. Andrews received her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, and earned a B.S. from California State University, Sacramento. She is admitted to practice before all California State Courts. Her practice focuses solely on family law related issues. Ms. Andrews is a member of the California State Bar Association and California Lawyers Association, Family Law Section.

After becoming a mother herself, she came to truly understand the anxiety and emotional stress that may accompany familial struggles. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and aggressive legal representation and strives to assist clients to meet their legal goals.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a bit of an adrenaline junkie and enjoys water sports, being outdoors, a good movie, and a friendly game of Texas Hold ‘em.

Fred Andrews, Attorney at Law

Fred Andrews is a partner and Attorney at Andrews Family Law. He has had a wide range of legal experience, but his primary focus currently is Domestic Litigation and Family Law matters.

A graduate of Florida State University and then the Trinity International School of Law, where he was certified for mediation and received multiple American Jurisprudence Awards for being at the top of his class. Fred was barred in California and began his legal career in the Los Angeles area. Later, he relocated to Northern California to start a family while furthering his interest in Family Law.

Fred is married with two children and lives in the greater Sacramento area. He enjoys sports of all types, the outdoors, woodworking, cards and spending time with his family.

At the firm, Fred has handled a wide variety of matters including divorce/dissolution, child custody, spousal support, child support, adoption, guardianship and domestic violence. In Court, he is calm, collected and convincing. Outside of court he considers himself easy to work with but aggressive with opposing parties.
